The Cavalier: Worldbuilding Style Guide

The Style Guide I created for Ron Spears' Concept Illustration Class. This project was as challenging as it was rewarding. I did my damnedest with the illustrative backgrounds, but I'm most proud of the character designs. I'll continue to try my explorations in concept paintings, but as I continue, I will try to say more with less, and not worry as much about a clean or finished illustration, and more about telling a story. I believe that is where the final paintings work best.
